Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed upon acknowledgment via WhatsApp, call, or email.
• Please verify pickup date, time, locations, and vehicle type in the confirmation.

Payments

• Advance may be required for outstation or multi‑day trips.
• Balance is payable at trip start or completion as communicated.

Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions: Vehicle with driver, fuel, tolls, parking, and driver allowance unless stated otherwise.
• Exclusions: Monument entries, guide fees, personal expenses, and anything not mentioned in inclusions.

Changes & Cancellations

• Free reschedule subject to availability. Rates may vary for new dates/route.
• Cancellation charges may apply for last‑minute cancellations (typically within 24 hours).

Duty & Waiting

• Local duties are calculated by hours/kilometers as per chosen package.
• Extra hours/kilometers are chargeable as per prevailing rates.

Safety & Conduct

• Seatbelts are recommended for all passengers at all times.
• No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicle.

Liability

• We are not liable for delays or losses due to traffic, weather, strikes, or force majeure.
• Left‑behind items are the guest’s responsibility; we assist best‑effort in recovery.
